For Example:

• Edits are obvious (wipes, washes, slow motion etc.)
• Constant jump cuts
• Various base tracks
• Camera moving in time with the music

A video that clearly follows the rules of this theory is Drunk In Love by Beyonce. The first minute of the song alone features every element of Vernallis's theory.
